Collister Community Church - Meet Our Pastor

Corbett E. Lynn was raised in a Christian family in the hills of Kentucky. He became a Christian early in life and he married Lucille Dameron of Kentucky in July of 1940. Corbett served in the military for six years. After his discharge in 1945 he settled with his young family in the state of Washington.
He began his studies in earnest and worked with several assemblies

in the area. His work included being responsible for teaching in the assemblies and working with the youth. Pastor Lynn became a circuit minister, traveling in sixteen churches from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, and California. To support his family he was self-employed as a painter. His ministry brought him to live in Idaho in 1990. He began his work with Collister Community Church at that time and in 1994 became the full time pastor. He is known in the Treasure Valley, Southeastern Idaho, and Western Oregon for his television gospel messages. Pastor Lynn is a strong, Bible-preaching minister with heavy emphasis on salvation and everlasting life by believing in our Lord Jesus Christ.
